The role requires strong negotiation, communication, and reporting skills, with travel as needed to meet client needs. Office‑based with a focus on collaboration and client success within the Lodging division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3–5 years of account management experience.
• Previous account management experience.
• Strong negotiation, teaching, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining lasting client relationships, including extensive knowledge of accounts and client production trends.
• Managing client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on deliverables and revenue.
• Collaborating with internal departments to ensure account success.
• Driving account retention and growth through strong performance and relationships.
• Monitoring and managing accounts according to key metrics.
• Communicating directly with clients via in-person, phone, and electronic channels.
• Conducting regular business reviews (monthly, quarterly, year-end) using internal reporting tools.
• Exhibiting knowledge of hotel industry and markets associated with client industry.
• Traveling as necessary to meet client needs.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
