Corpay Lodging in Lexington, KY is seeking an Account Manager to nurture and grow existing client relationships while delivering top-tier customer experience through strategic account management.

You will report to the Client Services Manager and partner with internal teams to ensure account success, retention, and growth across lodging accounts. This role requires in-person collaboration in an office setting and a proactive, professional approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 3–5 years of account management experience.
• Previous account management experience.
• Strong negotiation, teaching, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and deliver superior service with accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• High level of professionalism and initiative.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture lasting client relationships and maintain deep knowledge of accounts and trends.
• Manage client communications, conflict resolution, and ensure deliverables and revenue.
• Collaborate with internal departments to drive account success.
• Drive reten­tion and growth through strong performance and relationships.
• Monitor and manage accounts using key metrics.
• Communicate with clients in person, by phone, and via email.
• Conduct regular business reviews using internal reporting tools.
• Demonstrate hotel industry knowledge related to each client market.
