Job description

Join Corpay as a Client Services Project Coordinator in our Lodging division based in Lexington, KY. You will provide high‑level service management to our key clients and ensure all projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate professionally with clients and coworkers via phone and email to maintain consistency with Corpay policies.
  • Provide high‑quality service to clients with minimal to no errors.
  • Identify and resolve client and hotel issues daily, escalating concerns to the appropriate parties.
  • Manage rooming lists, date changes, rate modifications, and confirmation of reservation details for assigned projects.
  • Maintain all documentation, rooming lists, and close‑out letters.
  • Collaborate closely with account managers and peers to ensure all client needs are met at the highest level.
  • Attend all scheduled training, meetings, and other events as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications & Skills
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 1–3 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience in the hospitality or retail industries preferred.
  • Excellent personal interaction, communication, and phone skills with high initiative and ownership.
  • Strong negotiation and sales abilities required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and highly detail‑oriented.
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet.
