Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily operations across restaurants, bars, quick-service outlets and banquets. You will ensure guest satisfaction, staff engagement, safety, and profitability while maintaining brand standards for food safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and coordinating with culinary and purchasing teams to control costs and waste.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years leadership experience in food & beverage operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of lodge restaurants and bars, quick-service outlets and banquets.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation and brand guidelines across venues.
• Schedule staff, train and coach Pack Members; enforce policies.
• Monitor costs, inventory, and vendor relations to meet KPI goals.
• Collaborate with Culinary and Purchasing teams to manage par levels and waste.
