Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Food Outlet Supervisor to lead daily food outlet operations and support lodge food and beverage teams. You’ll oversee POS use, scheduling, inventory, and guest interactions to ensure excellent service and profitability.

The role requires at least 1 year in food service leadership, strong English communication, and the ability to work nights/weekends. Pay is $22 per hour with potential bonuses and benefits typical of the resort industry.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a food service leadership capacity.
• Minimum of 1 year experience utilizing POS technology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong customer service, conflict resolution and team-building skills.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
• Fluent written and spoken English; flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily food outlet operations to ensure lodge standards and tasks are completed.
• Assist with restaurant operations including POS transactions, expediting, stock and staff breaks.
• Ensure outlets are clean, stocked, and compliant with safety and alcohol policies.
• Provide coaching and recognition to team members on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with leadership on performance management and scheduling.
• Address guest concerns and escalate to leadership as needed.
• Participate in recruitment and staff development for F&B.
• Monitor labor, payroll, inventory, and vendor relations.
• Conduct daily audits and lead stand-up meetings with the F&B team.
• Support equipment maintenance and safety programs.
