Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in Grand Mound, WA seeks a Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily operations across restaurant, bar, quick-service and banquets, ensuring guest satisfaction and profitability in the lodge environment.

You will uphold brand standards for food safety, sanitation, staff scheduling, training, inventory and guest service, while partnering with culinary and purchasing teams to meet KPI goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1+ years leadership experience in food & beverage.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience driving business, revenue, cost control, guest satisfaction and engagement.
• Proven leadership to achieve/exceed goals.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Knowledge of food & beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, etiquette.
• Familiar with hospitality software (Microsoft Office, payroll systems, POS).
• Background check and drug screen.
• Proficiency in food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily functions of lodge restaurant, bar, quick service and banquets per brand guidelines.
• Contribute to strategic plans; implement standards and audits; resolve issues.
• Lead hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating staff.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor inventory and cost controls to meet KPI goals.
