Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily operations across multiple outlets within the Grapevine lodge. You will drive guest satisfaction, staff engagement, and profitability while upholding brand standards for safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities include cross-venue leadership, training, scheduling, and cost control, with a focus on continuous improvement and teamwork to deliver exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• 1+ years leadership in food & beverage
• Flexibility with nights, weekends and holidays
• Experience driving business, revenue, guest satisfaction
• Proven team leadership to meet/exceed goals
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Experience with hospitality software (MS Office, payroll systems, POS)
• Criminal background check and drug screen completed
• Team player with strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily functions of lodge restaurant and bar, ensuring KPI goals
• Assist leadership with strategic plans, audits and standards
• Hire, train, schedule, coach Pack Members and enforce policies
• Ensure compliance with Great Wolf University training
• Support staff to anticipate guest needs and maximize satisfaction
• Coordinate with Culinary and Purchasing on inventory and par levels
• Monitor equipment, perform maintenance and arrange repairs
• Lead pre-shift meetings and service audits to maintain standards
