Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Food Outlet Supervisor to lead daily food outlet operations and support lodge food and beverage teams. You will engage with guests and Pack Members to enhance experiences while driving profitability and adherence to standards.

The role requires hands-on supervision, scheduling, payroll tasks, and ongoing coaching to ensure high service levels. Strong English communication and prior POS experience are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a food service leadership capacity.
• Minimum 1 year experience utilizing Point-of-Sale (POS) technology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong customer service, conflict resolution, and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily food outlet operations to meet lodge standards and daily tasks.
• Assists with restaurant operations, POS transactions, expediting, restocking, and staff breaks.
• Ensures outlets are sanitized, stocked, and set up according to safety policies.
• Provides coaching and recognition to staff regularly.
• Partners with F&B leadership on guest service and staff engagement metrics.
