Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily lodge F&B operations across restaurants, bars, quick-service and banquets. You will manage staffing, training, scheduling, and cost controls while upholding brand standards for safety and guest experience.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, ensuring compliant food handling, sanitation, and high service levels, with opportunities for growth and development within the Great Wolf program.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1+ years leadership experience in food & beverage, organizing a team for optimal customer service.
• Must be flexible regarding scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experienced in driving business, revenue, control cost, guest satisfaction and employee engagement.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams to achieve/exceed goals.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
• Desktop and similar hospitality software (Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, payroll systems, POS)
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.
• Highly proficient with food safety and sanitation practices, rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily lodge F&B operations across restaurants, bars, quick-service and banquets.
• Assist leadership with strategic plans, audits, and cost controls to meet KPI targets.
• Lead hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance reviews for Pack Members.
• Ensure adherence to Great Wolf University training and safety standards.
• Support frontline staff to anticipate guest needs and maximize satisfaction.
• Partner with culinary and purchasing teams on inventory, par levels, and par management.
• Provide coverage in peak times across all guest-facing Food & Beverage roles.
• Monitor cold/storage conditions and ensure compliance with health codes.
• Assist cost-control efforts by reviewing portions and reducing waste.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation, cleanliness, and safety protocols.
