Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in Concord, NC seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily operations across restaurants, bars, quick-serve outlets and banquets. You will ensure brand standards for food safety, guest service, and profitability, while guiding scheduling, training and inventory control.

The role requires leadership in a multi-unit environment, collaboration with culinary and purchasing teams, and a focus on cost containment and guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year leadership experience in food & beverage.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience driving revenue and controlling costs.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily lodge restaurant and bar operations.
• Lead hiring, training, scheduling and coaching of staff.
• Coordinate with Culinary and Purchasing teams on par levels.
• Ensure KPI goals and guest satisfaction targets are met.
