Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking an experienced Food Outlet Supervisor to lead daily food outlet operations and support lodge business goals. This role collaborates with the food and beverage team to deliver guest experiences consistent with brand standards and maximize lodge profitability.

The supervisor will oversee staff scheduling, payroll, inventory, and compliance with sanitation and safety policies while coaching team members and maintaining service excellence across outlets.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a food service leadership capacity.
• Minimum of 1 year experience utilizing Point-of-Sale (POS) technology.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and general software systems; proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Demonstrated customer service, conflict resolution, employee engagement, retention and team building skills.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, etc.) as they apply to cash handling.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily food outlet operations to ensure lodge standards and daily task completion.
• Assists with restaurant operations including POS transactions, expediting, re-stocking, and staff breaks.
• Ensures outlets are sanitized, stocked, and set up at start and during shifts per safety policies.
• Provides coaching, encouragement, and recognition to pack members regularly.
• Collaborates with Lodge leadership on performance management of the department and its staff.
• Responds to pack/guest concerns and escalates to leadership as appropriate.
• Participates in staffing and forecasting, and manages labor scheduling.
• Provides administrative support for payroll, time and attendance, reservations, inventory, and related tasks.
• Conducts daily stand-up meetings with F&B team to prioritize the day.
• Monitors staff performance, giving real-time feedback and coaching.
• Assists in recruitment and talent selection for F&B staff.
• Partners with F&B leadership on guest service and staff engagement plans.
• Participates in performance management activities including reviews and investigations.
• Maintains operation quality and equipment, including inventory and repairs as needed.
• Supports safety programs and regulatory compliance.
