Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax advice and full-service tax return preparation at a TurboTax location.

You will help clients optimize deductions, plan for taxes, and collaborate with a broader team of specialists. You will build local relationships, drive client growth in the community, and connect clients to Intuit's ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning tools.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training.
• Onsite TurboTax office and 20+ hours/week availability.
• Willing to training and uniform wear; marketing presence.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus; strong client focus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax prep for clients.
• Identify deductions, planning, and maximize refunds.
• Lead local growth via outreach, events, partnerships.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
