Job summary

Intuit seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and guide clients through complex tax scenarios. You will work onsite, engage with the local community, and connect clients with Intuit’s ecosystem of services to drive year-round support.

You will build lasting relationships, improve client outcomes, and contribute to local growth through targeted outreach and excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Champion the Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients with bookkeeping, payroll, or financial services as appropriate.
• Build relationships to convert one-time transactions into long-term client partnerships.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience through professionalism and clear communication.
