Intuit is hiring a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to deliver hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location. You will engage with clients in person and online, guiding them through complex scenarios and coordinating with specialists for a complete financial picture.

The role emphasizes community outreach, local client growth, and leveraging Intuit resources to provide year‑round support and a seamless customer experience.

Formación

• Proven tax preparation experience with tax laws.
• Active PTIN to file taxes and basic tax software proficiency.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll or financial planning when needed.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on-site and virtually.
