Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and personalized advice at a TurboTax location.

You will work onsite, collaborate with a team of tax professionals, and help clients navigate complex tax situations while expanding the local client base. You will engage with individuals and small businesses, leverage Intuit resources, and participate in community events to build trust and drive sustained growth.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA or Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service areas with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours per week, 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Must complete all training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients including complex personal and business taxes.
• Drive local growth by building a client base and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning teams for comprehensive client service.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maintain client relationships.
• Utilize marketing tools to grow brand presence in the local community.
