Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients at a local TurboTax location.

You will collaborate with specialists to cover business, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, delivering end-to-end solutions for individuals and small businesses. You’ll build relationships in the local community, drive client growth, and participate in events while using Intuit tools to maximize client outcomes.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Attorney with tax prep experience preferable.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax returns (30+) per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Must complete required training and wear company uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; strong client focus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations and optimize deductions.
• Facilitate tax reviews and plan for future tax considerations.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll and advisory teams as needed.
• Deliver end-to-end TurboTax experiences with excellent service.
