Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team, serving clients on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete returns, and support clients with software and planning needs.

You will build a local client base through outreach and partnerships, connect customers to Intuit's ecosystem, and work with a collaborative team to deliver a seamless, end-to-end experience for residents and businesses alike.

Qualifications

• Active professional credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax filing experience with 1040 federal/state returns.
• Willing to work onsite 20 hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with potential peaks.
• Willing to complete required training and wear uniforms; heightens brand trust.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build lasting relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Collaborate with marketing and local teams to drive growth and loyalty.
