Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to provide on-site tax preparation and professional advice at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will engage with clients to understand their full financial picture, coordinate with specialists, and grow a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns with professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must work onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising with your name.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including personal and business returns.
• Build a local customer base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual meetings.
• Collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
