Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax prep and expert advice at a TurboTax location. You will work with a team of specialists to craft complete financial solutions for clients, from personal taxes to business considerations, in person and via virtual tools.

You will collaborate to grow the local client base and deliver seamless experiences, connecting customers with Intuit resources across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex tax situations.
• Run discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Bridge clients with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory services.
• Engage local community, build relationships, and grow TurboTax client base.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
