Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks passionate individuals to join as TurboTax - Local Service Experts at a U.S. TurboTax location. You’ll provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and connect clients with experts for holistic solutions.

You will lead local outreach to grow the client base, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and leverage Intuit resources to support year-round financial needs.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Comfort working onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
