Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. The role emphasizes full-service tax return preparation, expert tax guidance, and hands-on support, with opportunities to expand into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Qualifications

EA/CPA/Attourney with tax preparation experience.
Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
3+ years filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040s per season with professional software.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
Build and grow a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
Coordinate with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory specialists to deliver end-to-end service.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences in-person and virtually.
