Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide comprehensive tax preparation, advisory services, and software support at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work onsite with a team of financial professionals to deliver end-to-end tax solutions, while growing a local client base and connecting clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem. The role emphasizes community outreach, cross-service collaboration, and delivering personalized, stress-free tax experiences.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and development as required; uniforms provided; advertising use of name/photo.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert; bilingual skills a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to build a local client base and drive growth.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem—bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, etc.
• Build relationships to convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with clear, personalized guidance.
