Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations nationwide. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory support, while also growing the local customer base and connecting clients with Intuit’s broad suite of services.

The role emphasizes a collaborative, end-to-end service model where you stay with clients throughout the process and help them achieve positive financial outcomes, in a community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required for filing taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional tax software.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local client base through targeted outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem of services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, etc.).
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maintain ongoing client relationships.
