Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams at local TurboTax locations nationwide.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support for individuals, families, and small businesses, helping clients navigate complex filings with confidence. As a community ambassador, you will grow your local client base, build lasting relationships, and coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, delivering a seamless

Qualifications

EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
Active PTIN required to file taxes.
Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week minimum.
Must complete required training and development, including compliance and cross-training.
Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use your name for advertising.
Interest in building a local and online social presence; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex filings.
Act as a community ambassador to grow the local client base and relationships.
Connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) for year‑round support.
Build long-term trust and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
