Job summary

Intuit is seeking tax professionals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in on-site locations across the United States. You will deliver full-service tax preparation for TurboTax clients, provide expert advice, and connect customers with the broader Intuit ecosystem to address personal and small business needs.

As a local ambassador, you will build relationships in your community, grow the client base, and collaborate with marketing tools to generate new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active professional licensure (EA/CPA/attorney) preferred with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040s (30+ per season) using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional services with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow local client base and partnerships.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Build relationships to convert one-time transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience through professional service and clear guidance.
