Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States. The role combines tax expertise, entrepreneurship, and community engagement to assist clients with in-person and virtual tax needs.

Responsibilities include full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. Onsite presence is required.

Qualifications

Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
3+ years of paid tax preparation experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/ advisory services.
onsite at TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Willing to complete all required training and wear uniforms.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide planning advice.
Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maintain ongoing relationships.
