Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will prepare full tax returns, provide expert advice, and coordinate with a team of specialists to deliver a seamless Intuit experience for clients.

You’ll also act as a local ambassador, growing the client base through community outreach and events, while helping clients plan for future tax needs and leveraging Intuit resources and marketing support.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep with 30+ returns per season.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week, 8am‑5pm, Mon‑Fri.
• Open to upskilling in bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with specialists for a seamless end‑to‑end client experience.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service and clear tax guidance.
