Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and personalized guidance at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work on-site with a team of tax professionals, building local client relationships and connecting clients with Intuit’s broader ecosystem of bookkeeping, payroll, and financial services. This role emphasizes community engagement and delivering end-to-end client service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with teammates across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Education

EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney
