Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work onsite at a TurboTax location and provide full-service tax return preparation for clients.

You will advise on personal and small-business taxes, while collaborating with a broader team of tax professionals to deliver a seamless Intuit experience. You will grow the local client base, engage with the community, and help clients understand tax implications using state-of-the-art tools.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 1040 returns (federal/state) using professional software.
• Willingness to grow into additional services with training.
• Onsite availability at TurboTax location 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, plan taxes.
• Build local client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in person and via video tools.
• Represent the local TurboTax office professionally and ethically.
