Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a new U.S. TurboTax location.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support in person and virtually, while growing a local client base and delivering a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience. You will collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning and advisory services, staying onsite to serve clients and participate in local events.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00 local, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hrs/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, community events, referrals and partnerships.
• Connect clients withIntuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services.
• Build lasting relationships and deliver end-to-end TurboTax experiences.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and educate clients on tax planning.
