Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team. On-site at a TurboTax location, you will deliver hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and guide clients through complex tax situations with a holistic view of their finances.

You will grow the local client base, partner with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, and contribute to a seamless Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) for year-round support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
