Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, providing hands-on tax advice and full service preparation for clients.

You will engage with individuals and businesses, collaborate with specialists, and grow the local client base through outreach and partnerships. You will connect clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, while upholding a high standard of service and customer

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of tax return preparation experience using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) to deliver year-round support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
