Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and personalized advisory services at TurboTax locations nationwide.

You will serve clients in person and virtually, guiding them through simple to complex tax situations and connecting them with the broader Intuit ecosystem. You will grow a local client base, host community events, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience, leveraging Intuit resources and marketing support for sustainable prosperity

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or business tax advisory with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and development as required.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as community ambassador, growing local client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, Credit Karma).
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver end-to-end TurboTax experiences.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and professional service both in person and via video tools.
