Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax expertise, prepare returns, and guide clients through tax scenarios in-person and virtually.

You will collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to deliver end-to-end client care, grow the local client base, and represent TurboTax in community events and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 1040 returns with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for clients.
• Assist with complex scenarios including business income and amendments.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll and planning.
• Build local client relationships through outreach and events.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences with clear communication.
