Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while growing a local client base and representing Intuit in the community. You will work onsite at a TurboTax location, collaborating with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week.
• Must complete all training and development as needed by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be comfortable with brand advertising.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual meetings.
