Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team, providing on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will work with a team of tax professionals, serving in-person and virtual clients while growing a local client base and leveraging Intuit resources for end-to-end service.

You will build strong client relationships, present tailored tax strategies, and collaborate with a broad ecosystem of Intuit

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, for at least 20 hours per week.
• Must complete required training and development; Uniforms provided; name usage for advertising.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to build a local client base and opportunities for engagement.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning as appropriate.
• Build relationships to foster long-term trust and repeat business.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional conduct and clear guidance.
