Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team as on-site Local Service Experts across the United States.

You’ll provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and connect clients with a broader ecosystem of Intuit services while building local relationships. You’ll work in TurboTax offices, meet clients in person and virtually, educate the community, and drive growth by nurturing referrals and partnerships, all to deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or Attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training by Intuit.
• Willingness to work onsite at TurboTax office; 20 hours/week minimum, 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Must complete all required training and development; uniforms provided; name used for advertising.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships through trust and professional service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and digital channels.
