Job summary

Intuit seeks energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at new TurboTax locations across the United States, offering tax expertise and personalized service to individuals and small businesses.

You will build local client relationships, provide hands-on tax preparation, and collaborate with specialists to deliver a full Intuit client experience, including bookkeeping, payroll, and planning, while engaging with the community.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA or attorney credentials preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 federal and state returns.
• Experience with professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours per week.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax prep for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Collaborate with tax specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experience (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Support clients with tax planning and advisory needs.
