Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and connect clients with the full Intuit ecosystem while growing the local client base.

As a trusted guide in the community, you’ll engage with individuals and small businesses, deliver a seamless end-to-end experience, and collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to help clients achieve

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software; Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• onsite at TurboTax office 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear uniforms; use your name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Assist with personal and business income, deductions, amendments, and tax planning.
• Collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end client service (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Grow TurboTax local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
