Job summary

Intuit is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice for individual and small business clients, while collaborating with a network of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.

As a local ambassador, you’ll build a client base through community outreach, events, and partnerships, driving loyalty and awareness of Intuit’s ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience including complex returns.
• Willingness to work onsite 20+ hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem teams to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
