Intuit seeks dedicated year‑round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at one of our TurboTax locations in the United States. You will perform full‑service tax preparation, provide expert tax advice, and support customers with business and personal tax needs.

You will collaborate with a team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a seamless, end‑to‑end Intuit experience while building a local client base and community relationships.

Qualificações

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location, mostly 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Must complete required training and wear company uniforms.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
• Join client meetings to understand full financial pictures and ensure end-to-end support.
