Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, providing full-service tax return preparation and expert tax advice to personal and small business clients.

You will engage with the community, build a local client base, and collaborate with specialists across the Intuit ecosystem to deliver end-to-end support, from discovery to filing.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of preparing 1040 federal/state returns with professional software.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with peak season fluctuations.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with accountants, bookkeeping, payroll and advisory teams for end-to-end service.
• Leverage TurboTax marketing tools to build relationships and community presence.
