Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at new TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, while engaging with clients in person and virtually to deliver a full Intuit experience. You will build local relationships, attract clients, and collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA or Attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Build local client base and relationships through community outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
