Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will handle full-service tax prep, provide expert tax guidance, and collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end client experiences. You will also grow the local client base, participate in community events, and connect clients to additional Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location; 20+ hours/week, typically 8am–5pm.
• Must complete required training and wear provided uniform.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class front-line customer experience.
• Build long-term relationships with individuals and small businesses.
