Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide tax preparation, advice, and software support, while connecting clients with a broader Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning. Qualifications

• EA or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, for a minimum of 20 hours/week; hours may scale during tax season.
• Willing to complete required training and development; uniforms; advertising use of name/picture.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert and creating tax tips/content.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across personal and business income, deductions, amendments.
• Lead local growth through outreach, events, partnerships, and referrals to convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to address needs.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and guide clients to year-round support within the Intuit ecosystem.
