Job summary

Intuit seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full‑service tax preparation, provide tax guidance, and leverage Intuit resources to grow the local client base while collaborating with a network of specialists for end‑to‑end service.

You will engage with clients in person and virtually, manage a broad range of tax scenarios, and participate in community outreach to build lasting relationships and brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across personal and business tax scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, referrals and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services and a seamless client experience.
