Job summary

Intuit Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services for clients at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services and grow the local client base through outreach and events.

The role emphasizes a trusted advisor approach, on-site presence, and high-quality customer experiences, with opportunities for broader tax advisory work and community impact.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or practising attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill to additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location and able to work 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local client base through targeted outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and clear tax planning guidance.
