Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert guidance, and software support while collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. As part of a growing local team, you’ll attract new clients, foster relationships, and deliver a seamless, end-to-end TurboTax experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise - hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - build and grow a new local customer base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem - connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma as appropriate.
• Build Relationships - develop long-term trust and multiple-year client engagements.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience – ensure professional service and clear guidance across in-person and virtual interactions.
