Job summary

Intuit seeks devoted TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations nationwide, delivering tax preparation, expert advice, and software support. You will connect clients with a broader team—bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning—ensuring a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience while growing a local client base.

You will engage with individuals and businesses, aiding complex returns, identifying deductions, and educating clients.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Develop local client base through community outreach and events.
• Coordinate with tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
