Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site team at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, and work closely with a broader team to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.

Your role includes growing the local client base, building relationships, and using TurboTax tools to help clients achieve financial goals while offering year-round support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must reside within the United States and work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Assist with complex tax situations and planning using Intuit tools.
• Engage with local community to grow TurboTax client base and loyalty.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and virtually.
